What time do I have access to the venue?
If you did a venue buyout you get 12 hours. If your event is on a Thursday or Sunday you are welcome at 11:00am-1:00pm. If your event is on a Friday or Saturday you are welcome at 12:00pm-12:00am.
How much is additional time if I wanted to get in sooner?
Additional time can be purchased for $300.
Are real flower petals, glitter, streamers or poppers allowed?
Rose petals are the only thing allowed as long as they are not dark colors.
When do vendors have access to the venue for setup?
2:00 pm
Are shots allowed with the bartender?
No shots are allowed, all drinks must have a mixer and no doubles allowed.
What happens if my guests are caught smoking or vaping on the property?
$250 will be deducted from your deposit.
Can I bring in outside alcohol for getting ready?
No, you will forfeit your deposit. This includes the parking lot.
Can I bring in outside food for getting ready?
Absolutely! In each getting ready suites there are mini refrigerators for your use. Don’t forget any food at the end of the night.
When do I get my timeline?
Your Venue only timeline will be sent once your planner is assigned. A basic timeline will be created and sent in the welcome email. This timeline is created based on your responses to the google doc.
