DAY-OF
(Included with your Villa Parker booking)
Our Day-of Coordination services officially begin 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and focus on executing all the plans you’ve put in place, so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.
Pre-Wedding (Beginning 6 Weeks Out)
- Final venue walkthrough
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan
(shared with all vendors)
Rehearsal
- Coordinate and lead ceremony rehearsal
(1 hour, day before wedding) - Collect wedding day décor items for secure storage at Villa Parker
Wedding Day
- One lead coordinator
- One assistant coordinator (for guest counts over 50)
- Manage ceremony and reception flow and timing
- Act as liaison between vendors, wedding party, and family
- Extensive bridal emergency kit
- Distribute gratuities as needed
- Direct vendor setup and ensure commitments are fulfilled
- Set up décor not handled by vendors
(guest book, cake topper, favors, programs, etc.) - Cue wedding party and musicians for ceremony
- Cue grand entrance and all major reception moments
- Assist DJ or band with key reception events
- Ensure the day runs smoothly and all needs are met
